All Snaptales products are personalised. Customers are responsible for:

• Correct image upload

• Checking spelling/text

• Quality of images provided

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before processing. We accept:

• UPI

• Credit/Debit Card

• Wallets

• Net Banking

• Razorpay/UPI apps

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

3. Production & Delivery

Production time: 1–3 business days

Delivery time: 3–7 business days

Shipping timelines may vary based on location, courier performance, and external factors.

4. Pricing & Offers

Prices may change without notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specified.

5. Use of Images & Customer Content

By uploading content, you agree that:

• You own copyright or have permission

• Your content does not violate any law

• We can process the image exclusively for your order

Snaptales will never use your designs/photos for marketing unless you allow us in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, graphics, content, and product designs belong to Snaptales and may not be copied or reproduced.

7. Limitation of Liability

Snaptales is not liable for:

❌ Loss caused by incorrect image uploads

❌ Minor color variation due to screen differences

❌ Shipping delays beyond our control

❌ Improper use of the product

Maximum liability is limited to order value.
