Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we follow special policies regarding refunds and replacements.


1. No Returns or Refunds on Custom Orders

Once an order is placed and customized, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or refunds, except in special cases listed below.


2. Replacement Policy (Eligible Cases Only)

We offer a replacement free of cost if the product is:

✔ Damaged in transit

✔ Printed incorrectly

✔ Incorrect size / quantity sent

✔ Manufacturing defect

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/video of the issue

3. Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement

❌ Change of mind

❌ Wrong photo uploaded

❌ Low-resolution images provided by customer

❌ Color variations due to screen/device differences

❌ Delay due to courier logistics or weather


4. Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase (if production has not started yet). After that, cancellation is not possible.


5. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package is lost in transit, we will reprint and resend at no cost.


6. Shipping Delays

Standard shipping timelines are 3–7 working days. Refunds will not be issued due to courier delays beyond our control.


7. Refund Process (If Approved)

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
